Thanx for the invitation
Trade unions must be protagonistIc in their approach if they are to be beneficial to both employer and employee. There are many trade unions who have adopted a militant approach, which is predominantly confrontational, which does not bring benefit to business, the very essence of their existence.
Having said that, trade unions are important watchdogs for employees and must always seek to discharge their primary responsibility of brining benefit to tye employee. If this is done properly then everyone benefits.
When trade unions are effective, employees are treated with respect and dignity.
Thanks for invitation
Trade Unions : Are usually caring about the employers' benefits.
Working Unions: Are usually caring about the employees' benefits.
Thanks
Yes, it is.................
Yes why not but again it depends on the genuinity of the Leaders....If politicians are involved then matter becomes more complicated, Leader or the representatives are very important specially when it comes to dispute resolution, solution finding and smooth transition during change management.
A trade union is a united front for the employees, in order for them to protect and claim their rights and wants towards the management of the organization. Like every other form of collective power, its right use leads to good results and its wrong use in unwanted ones. By its productive employment, a trade union can support the employees in their workplace and make it easier for the management to adress the employees by speaking to their representatives.
I hope I was helpful.
Yes, of course
When it was strong and in the right direction
