CSR: is usually defined as a process aiming to embrace responsibility for the organization's actions and encourage a positive impact through its activities on the environment, consumers, employees, communities, stakeholders and all other members of the public sphere who may also be considered as stakeholders.

CSR, gains its importance, either in the past or recently, from its positive effect which is reflected on the communities' sustainability development.

I gained importance due to responsibilty of companies against communities ans customers where these companies located in, in addition to that this function and action consider and representing companies in this communties.
