Tools and resources needed to develop a team - employee appraisal of each team member where he self appraises his strengths/ weaknesses, key performance indicators and their outcomes; training needs to be mutually agreed between the appraiser and appraised; mentors to be appointed if need be

The most important tool in developing the team is Communication - trust based & open communication. Other tools can be like " managing conflicts in fair & constructive manner " , " encouraging and supporting team bonding activities " , " recognizing the good work of team members and rewarding the same " , " Providing Training to enhance performance " etc.
