Therefore success is based on the following elements:
- Right Incentives: Motivate the whole TEAM and promote the right behavior
- Style of leadership: Lead by example
- Communication of accountability: Make sure people know that failure will affect the whole TEAM even though the mistake may be made by one individual
- Focus on process improvement in the context of results delivery: Track, audit and analyze the benefits delivered according to the business case. This should help to rectify the course and address performance issues with a good amount of coaching, mentoring and training
