I think that there is a symbiotic relationship between management and strategy. Strategy refers to how management intends to or achieves its goal. Management must make decisions as to the "how" and implement the strategy required.
Of course, inherent in the how, is the fact that the "what" must be accurately defined and understood. Management must first of all have clear understanding of the problem or issue needing a solution. If this understanding is lacking, then the strategy will be wrong and the problem will not be solve.
managements tool for achieving results is really the correct strategy applied to an issue, situation or problem the organization faces. Decisions could be at the strategic level, or the operational or tactical level. In ant case, the strategy must match accurately the goal.
Father and Son.......If Management is Father then Strategy is his Son....
Relationship is very strong
Relationship spirit in the flesh
Strategy will not achieve the required you
In the case of the inability of management
To carry out its duties
management is follow strategy and ensure they do and follow them rules
Two eyes in one head .. Department could not work without the Strategy can not be that the strategy works only under a conscious and prudent management .. The strategy generally is a series of decisions that drive the organization to develop its work to achieve its goals .. Thank you for the invitation
Strategy is the motive behind the management to go function. It is the path way guidelines to achieve the organizational goals in the light of its "vision" and "objective". Even a small unit or one person entity has the objective to way forward through strategy.
A strategy is a means of accomplishing or achieving organisational objectives. It is a unified, comphrensive & integrated plan that relates the strategic advantages of a firm to the challanges in the environment.
Management involves planning, organising, controlling, leading, coordinating & monitoring of operations to ensure successs of a business.
Therefore; Management requires a competitive & sustainable Strategy and it has to implement it in order to arrive at the desired goalsv& objectives of its organisation thus without a Strategy or Strategies, management can't realisze its desired goals & objectives.
