Companies are not  made only  by bricks,ground & machines etc. In there people matter too.

The success  of any company is depended two basic elements or objectives  i.e.

1) How to attract best talent.

2) How to retain best talent.

Career management or Career path promotions are one of the major component to meet these objectives such as.

b) Training  Need  Assessments on feedback basis.

c) On job higher university studies 

d) Job rotations

e) Mentoring

f)  Successful Case studies publications of employees joined on entry level now working on Senior positions with one to one interactions.

g) Fair ,transparent & merit base policy.

h) Role model employee identification ,selection & recognition event management. 

Example Google Inc is the best employer on the globe.
