autocad and revit are a must for any engineer and then you decide whether you prefer to work as a site engineer or a designer , if you choose to be a site engineer then you should visit sites to gain information and you could watch youtube vedios which teaches all about sites (if you couldnt find this vedios just tell me and i will help you),
but if you prefer to be adesigner then you should learn sap2000 and etab they will help you in designs ,at the end my last advice will be is to make a good and respectful C.V
I also learn stadd pro, auto cad, 3D max but you need to go to site for site information.yea there is scarcity of civil site engineering job but you have to find job for good knowledge of site work.
you need to visit site
learn how to manage site
after that be professional in autocad and etabs
