I do not think it is an issue to be honest especially if there is a need to especially if it is because of the economy. So, yes it is not a bad decision.

It is not, the correct decision, it only depends, on the market scenario, if the company , stop training, it , raises, the question about their, decision pattern, and , it is the bad name , for the company, for safer side, they must, complete , the training, as much as possible.

Knid of Maritourm in order sutain into the business with out loosing resource. Company can stop external training. But at the same time they can conduct cross functional training inorder to boot team Productivity and engagement.
