You are working on a global project that will require temporary hiring of teams in 4 different countries in 5 months testing phase.

 A project leader from one of the country takes initiative to help acquire these resources by sending you a list of names that are obviously related to the project leader.Your first course of action should be to:

A . Investigate to find out if hiring family is a common practice in the project leaders country.

B. Ask for the resumes of the individuals and determine if they are qualified candidates.

C. Ask the project leader to send additional name of people that are not family members.

D.Thank the leader for their initiative but let him/her know that you will require the resources yourself.

The Option-B

The project Manager has send the names and who related to him. Anyway, you have to go through the project manager to accomplish the job and the hiring is also for very short term of 5 months. So, the better option from remote place is to ask for resumes of candidates  and ensure through video interview that the team is qualified to do the job.

As a Competent Project Manager I must have competencies  like Leadership & power of social networking.

A:As an Effective Leader I have followers hence there is  ways inventory of  required talent with me.

B.Use of professional social media like Bayt & LinkedIn to attract the required talent.

C. Use of head hunting paid consultancy services .
