Which Arab cities do you think will be among the top financial centers in the world in 20 years?

The way in which Qatar's government has been working to build a large infrastructure and his strong policies.

As i find this question interesting so trying for answer...i think next top financial centers in Arab word will be:

1.Doha (Qatar):  The way massive infrastructure work taken by Qatar Government  & his good policies.

2.Casablanca (Morocco):  Main port city of Morocco & already in rank of fastest growing city by world Economic forum. even geological location of morocco is important in Africa, close to Middle east & Europe.

These Arab cities have potential to develop as top financial centers in future...
