What is an appropriate way of handling conflicts?

Being assigned as a project manager, you noticed during project execution that

conflicts arise in the team on both technical and interpersonal levels.

A. Conflicts distract the team and disrupt the work rhythm. You should always smooth them when they surface.B .A conflict should be handled in a meeting so that the entire team canparticipate in finding a solution.C. Conflicts should be addressed early and usually in private, using a direct,collaborative approach.D.You should use your coercive power to quickly resolve conflicts and then focuson goal achievement.

An appropriate way to handle conflicts is to approach the situation with a calm and respectful attitude, actively listen to the other person's perspective, and try to find a mutually beneficial solution through open communication and compromise. It is important to avoid attacking the other person and instead focus on the problem at hand while also being willing to take responsibility for any mistakes or misunderstandings.

Thank you for the invitation. I think a lot of conflicts are usually occurred during the execution process for any project and need to be resolved as early as possible to avoid any obstacles in the project execution. My answer is C Option to raise up and addressing all Conflicts as well as Option B to discuss all conflicts issues in the internal meeting among all team members and project manager to stop and find a relevant solutions for sharp conflicts and go ahead constantly in the execution process.
