in such an interview if it is appraisal the manager should cosider the employee achievements versus job description and also the values he added to the job , his commitments , punctuality , initiative , cooperation , relation with superiors and subordinates , flexibility , willing to learn , and also managers has to be careful in highlighting all this in order not to upset the employee and upset him or discourage him
