Why it is necessary to allow subsidy priced products from their company to marketing personnel?

Marketing personnel play the active role to speed-up the sale of a certain product.They engage with their all merit and energy to success the business.But most of them are unable to utilize/purchase  those products due to their low income.If company allow them to purchase some products at the factory price rate,then they will be more happy and will work with more effort.Utilizing the own company products they will advertise with confidently and such company will gain more benefit from this activities.
