You are currently finishing a project under contract to develop and build some machining equipment for a customer. Your organization took over the obligation to solve certain problems if they come up during a contractual warranty period of one year after start of production.
A. Parts which were marked as-is must be held available for free replacement in case of failure.B. Incoming problems reported to the team must be handled immediately and with high priority.C. Some team members must be held available during the warranty period in case that they have to solve problems.D. At the end of the warranty period, the responsibility for the equipment will beturned over to the customer
Thank you for the invitation. Option D is more convenience as the contractual warranty period has to be considered to support the customer for any equipment or Product failure after the warranty time ending the responsibility for the equipment will be turned over to customer but the supplier team has to submit a technical support to the customer to resolve any problem or equipment failure as per the frame agreement of after sales service.
I would go for an option D. Thx for invitation
the correct answer is D
regards
Contract period is the frame for the warranty. What is not necessary to consider during the warranty period is the handover to customer after contract period.
Thank you for your invitation. Option D is more comfortable as the contractual warranty period to be considered for customer support for any equipment or product failure after the warranty period ending responsibility for the equipment will be delivered to customers, but the team supplier to provide technical support for customers to solve any problem of failure or equipment in accordance with framework agreement for after-sales and warranty conditions as found in the agreed service contract.
Thanks for the invitation. My answer is A
A. Parts which were marked as-is must be held available for free replacement in case of failure
Thanks for the invite.
Of course it is option D which talks of considerations after warranty period.
