Both experience & skills are very important & relevant but there is even more to consider beside these two aspects in relation to the "Job description & Job specification" developed & handed down by the HR Department as far recruitment is concerned.
Thanx for the invitation
HR should depend on both experience and skills.
I`m still student so i can`t reply as well as you want to know
But in my opinion Skills is necessary to practice marketing that could bring more customers to the firm
Also the more there was an experience the more employers be understanding customers behavior
