Dear Zafar, defenitely an organization is most important but you can't ignore your immediate boss or manager becuase your performance is being monitored through him/her. S/he is a bridge between you and higher authorities as well.
Certainly the organization is more important than the direct manager, because my manager and me a part of the organization and work to their advantage.
The same, becuase my boss represents the virtual organization.
In my personal opinion the Organization is more important to me. However, the Boss is the secondary factor as it sustains only because of organisation. Without existance of organisation the boss does not play any importance to me.
Without a doubt the organization the manager is an employee like others whos job is to reach the organization mission, goals and vision.
Organization is more important. The Boss is supposed to be part of the organization, and he might leave but the organization persists and grow.
Reource Management is important in every company because it is the one who will direct the company on what to do.
Actually all most work for the organization and the organization is more important than the boss. I have to follow the head manager instructions but if the instruction goes against the organization (and i am sure of it) i have to discuss with him first. Incase he refused i have to report to the GM by a good way.
The good GM or HR he most know the he dont let the employee' loyality to his direct manager but to the organization.
Simply, Both.
