One must take in account, How much investments are coming in what forms and from Where?, promoters own cash investments, besides the company products how well do they fare in the future. How strong is the Company Cash Flows at Present and sustainability in future.

With Stocks it is a strong gamble one has to face from Small Company perspective!

Dear sir In my opinion small organization do have the capabilities and the resources to register in stock exchange market and if they want to do so they should measure the risks associated with it careffuly And they should hire a stock exchange expert to do so as stocks may comromise their value and there money liquidity

Generally, small business people is not eligible for national stock exchange registration. public company who meet the registration of national stock exchange  can be registered.
