على الصعيد الأخلاقى : الإخلاص فى العمل سيرضى الله أولا (إن الله يحب إذا عمل أحدكم عملاً أن يتقنه ) ومن رضى عنه الله رضى عنه الناس

أما على الصعيد العملى : فإن المدير الناجح يسعى إلى نجاح الفريق والمؤسسة وتنمية القدرة البشرية لديه وأول ما يرضى أى مدير هو أن يرى نجاح أفراد فريقه أو مرؤسيه الذى هو بالنهاية نجاح للمؤسسة ككل

What you can do to make your boss think you're wonderful?

I will do my best to not look to bosses as if I can make hem saing that " you are doing wonderful work" or "you are wonderful".

so, I will do my work as all the time I am doing it "Perfict and net" then think that I am not doing more that what is requerd from me.

Take responsibility, solve the problem, and make decisions.

ركز دائما علي الاهداف العامه وليس المصالح الفرديه 

اظهر مرونه في العمل  من غير استغلال لطاقتك علي حساب الاخرين 

واجه صعوبات العمل كمن يقول الكلاب تنبح والقافلة تسير

لا تستعجل - لا تشمت - وامض ولا تلتفت

Mould and transform your personality and skills to stand out from the rest. Keep one single factor in your life that drives and motivates you as in the end you will only be be judged by your performance.
