Sharing your experience with others freely to help themselves improves goes along to gaining the respect of others.
None actually. A person first has to have it naturally in him. Then comes training and experience which bring out the leader in him who uses the knowledge from the training and the confidence from his experience to lead.
There are people who are in leadership positions who do nto have the leadership qualities but then you can see the result for yourselves. They just dont succeed. Or maybe a handful of them succeed because they try hard.
Both are essential - Experience brings the courage to take decisions and implement action plans. Continuous development and training hones those decisions and actions for a superior performance!
I believe there are many things that can be done especially if you are a leader with know-how on other domains. For me, no matter how knowledgeable you are in all aspects, but if you do not know how to mobilize your teams and or used or maximized your resources, you will still fail as a leader. I have noticed some of the leaders are afraid to impart and or share their learning to their people, afraid that they might be all knowing and good than them. They do not understand that is what mentor-student process after all. With this given skills, a leader could help hone the talents of his/her people. Developing a protégé or honing someone to be a leader is already a legacy.
A mighty leader , want's to create, " Leadership skills", " Training", or " Experience", to " Youth of the world", to " Create", beautiful environment", through his " Expertise", so, that every one , can leave, in " Peaceful environment".
Dear Omer, Thank you for the question, I believe that vision, passion, sacrifice, determination, involvement and team spirit make the leader really mighty.
I do not think that leadership is inherent but it develops in the proper environment and that is why we may observe the development of leaders within particular sects of society.
