Would you prefer for your boss to be planning your days and tasks schedule week by week or would you rather have your own timeline?

Boss  is  a responsible person and he has his own priority,agenda and timeline. So, I would like  to follow my  timeline,agenda  and priority; and would certainly support the boss on specific issues when requested.

For programs & portfolios, I prefer my senior manager/s ( boss ) to draw the schedule but for my project , I will decide the timeline.
