Low performance staff need every opportunity to improve . But in some situation it is not easy. Considering this situation low performance is not acceptable but no longer and giving by certain time limit to improve .

Another way to improve , other team members can train in the poor section to improve to the low performance staff with out terminate. we can not say poor performance staffs are useless , but they are week in certain area. we have to give more effort  to come up with more personality.

Hi, from personal experience, when you take time to appreciate a fellow team member or a colleague you will be lowering his/her morale and in the long run s/he will loose interest working with you. The best thing is you appreciate him/her soonest possible and make him believe in him/herself

First he should investigate the low performance to know the reason then there is an issue he can deal with like the need to have training or personal problem he should try to solve it and give him a time to prove himself but if the employee didn't improve then he must get him out of the team

I believe it depends on the situation If its the first time the employee under preformes than i belive a good manager should conduct a one on one meeting with the employee and remind him of his annual traget that needs to be achieved and give him/her motivation to do it and remind the employee that next time they underpreforme he will get a notice Furtheremore , conducting monthly feedback sessions help remind the employees of their annual targets and that way they can keep track of their goals Moreover, employees need to be given either monterial or moral incentives in order to preform well However; if the employee has a history of bad preformances then he/she should get a notice and the manager should explain why the employee got the notice and should advice the employee as well.

First of all you should ask that employee that is there any problem or worry in your mind during work or ask him are you having any disease is your health is normal. If he says that he is well and healthy then warn him to follow the core values of your company.Tell him if you are slow at your work this is effecting the other's performance. Moreover also inquired him about any salary issue. If it is salary issue ensure him that you will procede this issue to proper forum.
