Hello Mr. Mostafa
802.11ac, the emerging standard from the IEEE, is like the movie The Godfather Part II. It takes something great and makes it even better.802.11ac is a faster and more scalable version of802.11n.802.11ac couples the freedom of wireless with the capabilities of Gigabit Ethernet.
802.11ac achieves its raw speed increase by pushing on three different dimensions:
• Seemingly "instantaneous" data transfer experience
• A pipe fat enough that delivering high quality of experience (QoE) is straightforward

I just want to add that this new technology is still not yet adopted by many computer manufacturers, although AC routers are becoming more and more available.
IEEE802.11ac is a wireless computer networking standard in the 802.11 family (which is marketed under the brand name Wi-Fi), developed in the IEEE Standards Association process,[1] providing high-throughput wireless local area networks (WLANs) on the 5 GHz band.[1] The standard was developed from2011 through2013, with final802.11 Working Group approval and publication scheduled for early2014.[] According to a study, devices with the802.11ac specification are expected to be common by2015 with an estimated one billion spread around the world.
802.11ac is latest wireless networking standarad developed by IEEE for providing WLAN on5GHz band during the period of 2011 to2013 .The802.11ac standard defines several new technology components for Wi-Fi. We can say it advance version of802.11n . Compared to802.11n,802.11ac offers up to three times performance benefits.
802.11ac is the latest standard for WiFi, it supports more bandwidth and througput than11n

Hello Everybody,
First of all,you have to know what is 802.11. This is a family of Wireless networking standards. 802.11 standards are the rules for communication on wireless local area networks (WLANs).
Popular802.11 standards include
802.11-1997,802.11a,802.11b,802.11g,802.11-200,802.11n,802.11ac, &802.11ad (projected)
802.11ac was developed in the year of2012.This uses256QAM (QAM combines two orthogonal AM signals into a single channel. Since they are orthogonal, they can be modulated independently, effectively doubling the transmission bandwidth).and channel bandwidths are20,40,60,80and80+80=160MHZ sequentially. It uses5GHZ of frequency for data Tx and Rx.
You can Get these speed respectively.
1-antena access point,1-antenna Station at80 MHZ (handheld) then speed is433Mbit/s.
2-antena access point,2-antenna Station at160 MHZ (Tablet, Laptop) then speed is867Mbit/s.
1-antena access point,1-antenna Station at160 MHZ (handheld) then speed is867Mbit/s.
2-antena access point,2-antenna Station at80 MHZ+80MHZ=160MHZ(Tablet, Laptop) then speed is1.69Mbit/s.
4-antena access point, Four1-antenna Station at80 MHZ+80MHZ=160MHZ(handheld) then speed is867Mbit/s each Station total speed will be4x867=3.38Gbit/s.
(Multi input Multi Output Mode)8-antena access point, (One4, one2 Two1-antenna Station) at160MHZ(Digital TV, setup Box, Tablet, laptop, PC, handheld) then speed is3.38Gbits to4-antena Station,1.69Gbits to2-antena Station,867Mbits to1-antena Station. Total Speed Will be6.76Gbit/s)
8-antena access point, four2 antenna station (Digital TV, Tablet, laptop, PC)1.69Gbit/s each
Total speed will be6.77Gbit/s
IEEE802.11ac is a wireless networking standard.
-80 MHz channel bandwidths
- Support for upto eight spatial streams
- Multi-user MIMO: more than one antennas, simultaneously transmit or receive independent data streams
