The system allows you to very easily communicate with selected candidates by sending standard/customized letters at one time.
You can simply follow these steps:
1.Click on the email tab within the folder/applicants
2.Select show your email ID to the candidates if you want them to reply directly to you or alternatively hide it and provide contact information within the body of the letter.
3.Fill in the rest of the details then click on send
4.The system will automatically create a folder called 'Emailed candidates' that is saved under the Main folder where a copy of all the CVs of the emailed candidates will be saved there.
