Yes ! To keep your organisation young, hire old in case you dont have well qualified, experianced, mature and skilled talented professionals. These qualities comes with experiance and spending some years of your age. But these qualities may be found in younger ages also but you should focuss on the qualities only, and not on the age.

Hi - To some extent, hiring old people for the betterment of the organisation is not bad, but we need all sort of people for the growth of it, we need to recruit freshers and some experienced to keep the enthusiasm level up, youngsters are more up to date and are pacing with latest technology and trend in the market, to keep the organisation growth level up experinece of teh old people undoubtedly helps a lot....

Dear Mohammad,   Hire Qualified, Hire Experienced, Hire Skilled, Hire Talent.
No matter who is young and who older.
Here are three ways we keep our company young, even though the average age of executives is over50 or under:   1.
Surround yourself with20-somethings and really listen.
2.
Carry the right tools.
3.
Present a contemporary image.
Yes, the look, tools and the way we do business have changed.
They have made me uncomfortable at times, but every generation says that.
Contemporary leaders thrive and only contemporary companies survive.
Your image as a leader sets an example for your entire company.
So do you carry a briefcase or a backpack?   Best Regards, Hany Sewilam AbdelHamid Business Development Manager

At my age I would definitely say YES, in reality a nice blend of young and old has got to be the way forward. It becomes a circle of life, the old retire (eventually), the young inherit and in turn get old but nurture other youngsters to take their place.

Old or not, I'm still available!!!!!
