Is it true that copy command also creates Multiples copies of an object in Autocad?

Yes it,s true we can make multipal copies of a object by pressing Ctrl+c and Ctrl+v

Yes it is just try to type (CO) to make a multiple copy in the same autocad file but if you want to copy a plot between two different autocad file you need to use ( ctrl + c ) and ( ctrl + v ) to pate it back

It creates one copy, but you can repaste it as many times as you like
