In conclusion, I reached to the fact that change management is a well thought out approach that changes the whole systematic processes of the organization. There are much change Management’s Critical Success Factors that all managers and employees shall resort to such as training, using motivation and reward system, winning Edge concept as well as the critical Success Factor, based on research conducted at Harvard University in the 20th century. I explained all of these factors clearly and in details. Also, I talked about the strategic management that shall be found in the organizations which strategic management is the management that sets simple and easy goals in the organization and needs to be met in order to motivate workers to work and get their satisfaction.
