The English word 'thug' ans the Arabic word 'Tugyaan', their meaning are very close. Is it possible 'thug' originated from Arabic?

"Thug" has a negative connotation but it originated from the Hindi word "thugee" meaning a group of criminals or gangters. Today's society, it refers to the rioters- "thugs"

No, the word ''thug'' is a 100% an English word and the same goes for the word ''Tugyaan''

the word(thug) it is mean =destroyment+a mess and it is a strange word of the arabic language,its origine is the turkish language,and it used also in egypet and yaman

but the word tugyan  is an arabic word used in the arabic language and it is mean the great  unfairness
