your performance goals should match your goals of interest so you can feel the determination to finish that for self satisfaction and as well as for the good of the organization.
It should be the integration of the goal driven activities with that of your direct subordinates.This is required to make the goal attainable.
Thanks for your invitation. The own performance level has to be considered as per the achievement percent in a specific Project or Business Plan. Therefore, ambitions for the project manager or any one in the limited work have to used to realize the Goal in sharing with other Subordinates ambitions in order to increase the percentage of the achievement as one team has a good performance to get the goals with wide range of ambition.
In this case the Project Manager ambition and other team members (subordinates) ambitions are become consistent in order to reach the combined Goal successfully.
