Whenever you create a company, there is also option for creating consolidated company. During the company creation, we are provided with the list of different individual (sister) companies as their backup folders are already in the tally default data directory. Whatever the folder is present in our data directory it will be shown on the list during the creation of consolidated company. You will have to chose the desired companies and finish the wizard. After that, the consolidated company will behave like a single company and will show the figures by knocking of the respective balances of each subsidiary company.
