Well... i would not apply in your company if i do not know my capability to full this vacant as you expected , and my experience will translating my ability to doing tasks day by day through probation period.
Other candidates may be just like me or may be best experience wise , but i am already motivated and have requested loyalty which will make me a long term employee who will serve his position as a booklet said.
