Foods from Plant origin is devoid of cholesterol, these plant sources contain sterol in the form of ergo sterol but not in the form of cholesterol. Furthermore, plants based deitry fiber also tends to reduce cholesterol from the body.

Cholesterol-free foods such as:

Salmon and tuna

Brown bread - corn oil and olive oil, sesame oil and sunflower oil

Nuts (almonds - hazelnuts)

Boiled potatoes

Fresh fruits and vegetables

 

Coffee and tea without milk or dignified.
