I use a negative feedback to improve my writing.

it depends on what the feedback says. if the sender sent you a negative feedback but he still got a point, then you should take it into consideration.

I put it into context by firstly looking at the person making it; for example if I write a technical piece and I am getting critiqued by someone who lacks knowledge about it then I dismiss it as invalid. However, if an experienced person makes a criticism; then I look at my writing and try to find mistakes.
