4. Evaluation of mandate and all factors affecting productivity and create improvement seminars to understand and develop skills and knowledge of site staff and skilled workers.
5. Exert dedication on quality and safety by monitoring site reports, provide and receive feedback from all concern engage at site activities.
6. Encouraging enforcing team Construction Managers, Site Engineers, QA/QC Engineer, Safety Engineers and Foremen to strive for making work a constructive place to be that will contribute to productivity and flexibility.
7. Encouraging workers to take responsibility for planning and managing their own safety in performing their duties.

You can identify if the project is healthy or not by conducting HSE assessment and audit. It can be by you or a third party. There is a checklist to follow and a score for every HSE issue. At the end of the audit there will be a score and that will indicate if the site failed or passed.
In reality , Most of the work places are filled with Hazards. hence we cant guarantee 100% safety . but we might be able to reduce those hazards by properly following the rules & regulations , using proper tools & safety equipments at work; Periodical site Safety Auditing & Inspection. With all of these we might ensure safety at the Projects site to the maximum level.
1 - by review how many safe man hour completed
2 - review site logistics statues and stores report to review deliveries in order to assure if any will affect time schedule
3 - review project time schedule and site reports to assure that everything is going according to planned timeline
4 - follow up final inspection, hand over reports ,...etc with QC. dept.
5 - follow up contractual payments and PO's ...etc
always the team leader at site construction is a qaqc department and together with safety department the management of project and site engineering department is under supervision of qaqc and also safety even the site engineer/project engineer performance is very fast quikly are not coordinate to the qaqc inspector the activities will not to proceed and including PPE rules and regulation.should be maintain the quality management system for international quality standard,materials manufacture approval,testing.
To keep the project site in safe situation we have to do the following:-
1. Plan for the safety, for example specify the safety objectives - the required PPE - Emergency Exits - Signs (warning, cautions, directive) - Safety Orientations - Safety Demonstrations - Work Permits - Training, Allowences ..etc
2. From time to time we have to arrange a safety orientations to increase the employees abilities and understanding of the value of safety and in these sessions we can show them a cases for people who got injuries because of not following safety
3. Always remember all employees with the Logo (Safety First), to sense, gain and follow the safety roles not just an annunciation.
4. We have to check the site from time to time to check the safety for all people and tools.
5. Encourage the employees to follow the safety polices, for example we can make a competition between all employees and the winner can be the most employee follow the safety or the safety employee raise a near-miss.
6. As we are encouraging our employees, the person he insist on not breaking the safety roles must be punished.
7. I have to be a good example to all the staff in following the safety and healthy roles and policies.
8. Safety and Healthy polices must be applied to all.
