Very simple!

Pressure is the relation between the force applied over a supeficie area, it s mean F/A, and normally it is express in psi

Velocity is the relation the relation between displacement (distance) over time, it is mean,  V= D/t And normaly it could be express in meters/seconds or feets/minute, for example.

It is pure Phisics!
