Main global challenges faced in sales and marketing as follow :

1- Shrinking in the economic condition worldwide

2- decreasing in the requisition volume compare with offered

3- Increasing the competition which are not subject to General rules and regulations

4- Customer knowledge in the products & services offered with some play-games with suppliers

5- Numerous of alternatives  for the a certain products and services from new players in market

6- No respect to international rule and regulations which organize the trade filed

7- Deployment the corruption in the trad field and sales with new marketing strategy applied 

In order to overcome on a part of  these challenges need to take the following actions:

- Trying to increase the Growth in the market share

- Create New Products & services

- Product & service Differentiation

- Approach the customer by Customer awareness Plan

- Long term Brand value to customers

- Innovation and relevant solutions submission to the customer
