Final CUT is software for editing (like Adobe Premiere or Vegas...) while After Effects is post production based package, meaning work on compositing and2D video effects on existing video footages + its used for motion graphics art.
Final Cut Pro is easy to use video editing software but has the most professional features inside. It can fi ish the project from stsrt to finish without leaving the software itself. While in After Effects you concentrate more on the visulal effects of the video and cannot process long videos due to slow rendering process.
This is a nonsense question - it's like asking should I use a kettle or a steel bucket to boil water. Both have their specific uses: FinalCut is for assembling clips to make a story, whereas AfterEffects is used to create individual creative clips for insertion into the complete story - one compliments the other.
Final cut Pro is editing software and it is very easy to do offline and online. also it very user friendly application
These are two different applications with different goals. After effects is mostly graphics-oriented application. It is also used to create visual effects, motion graphics, compositing, camera tracking and even color grading.
Whereas final cut pro is mostly a video editing program and has limitations while working with graphics.
Final Cut Pro is to edit the video and Adobe After Effects is for compositing (Visual Effects).
