Follow these steps; by answering the questions:

1. What causes the stress? Is it things, or people? Have a specified answer.

2. What are the conditions of the stress? Sometimes even with the causes of the stress; it does not happen except under specific conditions.

3. Can we deal with this stress? Or should we avoid it? Although dealing with the stress is much better, and avoiding it means to escape; but sometimes its the better solution to escape from the stress. Dealing with it will be the best for the individuals.

4. What kind of help would be the best? Sometimes stress cannot be treated unless we go to a therapist or a counselor. Other times a few advices from people around could do it. You are the best to determine that, but we all should consider; sometimes a real stressed person who needs a serious help from a therapist might deny that; here its your friends, relative and co workers can help you and encourage you to go.

 

Notes:

1. Sometimes after you resolve your stress problem; it comes back, when you did not consult an expert; So this means that you need to solve it this time with an expert's help.

2. After you are done; remember your experience to help you next time you got stressed (may god forbid that), or if someone else got stressed you can help hom/her. Its better to write your experience down, have it on your cell, all the points above with your answers, and what did you do else, the expert's contact number, and who helped you and how did they help.

You do know if there is a correct and universal answer to this the doctors would be jobless..  however you can try relaxing, listning to soft music, breathing, when you cant relax or listn to music breathing is what you can do take deep breaths and let it go you will feel lighter
