What you do say in the interview time while facing interview for this specialties?

A word of advice the person conducting the interview will always try to set a trap for you, to test your knowledge and capablity and to give you a low package, so beware of the question first if the question is what do you think are your specialities that would help you a better option for the company or tell us about your specialities..  the later is easy just tell them what you are good at but for the former you need to know the job requirement ... what is it the hiring manager is looking for so highlight only the things which you feel can help you with the job 

I try to show my abilities and skills through my style to talk, and focus on the answers of minutes, overeating and do not overcook

You have to know the expected questions before going to the interview, and to know more information about the company, aslo you need to go on time , you need to have high quality and confidence in your answers, don't be scared and keep in your mind that you are the interviewer not him
