I transfer the answer:
good manger is interest in company objective but not interesting with employee human needs
good leader is interesting with balance with company objective and employee human needs
A good manager can do all the tasks of the role adequately and some of them well. Such a person would have an acceptable level of leadership skills.
A good leader in a management position may be good at leadership, and that may be enough to make them a good manager overall. However, they may have deficiencies in their skill set: for example, they may have weak technical skills in the work of the team members, or require unusually high levels of support from the finance department in order to handle the financial aspects of their role.
If you are a good manager and also a good leader then you are probably an excellent manager overall.
Good manager get things done by any means but Good leader leads and teaches how it's done and inspires fro do more .
