bcz they both are same when they overlap.
The front view and top view gets overlapped when object is placed in 2nd or 4th qudrant, according to principles of drawing, which makes the purpose of drawing useless
In 2nd and 4th angle projection system, the top and front views are overlap to each other. In 2nd angle projection system, the plane is in between object and observer. When we turn the adjacent plane by 90 degree to see the top view, the front and top views are overlap to each other. The same problem occurs in 4th angle of projection. The only difference is that in 4th angle of projection the object is in between the observer and plane.
During rotation of plane to bring the drawing in one plane, if drawn by 2nd or 4th angle projection then the top view and elevation will overlap and it make confusion.
