To consolidate in QuickBooks we need to go to Report ---- Combine reports for multiple companies ---- Add Company Files ---- Select report for combination ---- Select Date ---- Select Accrual or Cash ----Combine Reports
Multiple Companies can be consolidated.
Using the reports menu. A wealth of information is also available in the help function.
up to 20 companies but each company can consolidate another 20 companies which is a lot.
