When you train your employees, do you think it affect their motivation level?
Are training and motivation related to each other?
Training of Employees…. & Benefits…
Training can be divided on the basis of ON THE JOB TRAINING AND OFF THE JOB TRAINING.
Further we can categorise it into PRODUCT TRAINING , SERVICE TRAINING , TEAM MANAGEMENT TRAINING , LEADERSHIP TRAINING , TIME MANAGEMENT , BODY LANGUANGE , SKILLED BASED TRAINING ( Excel, Photoshop, etc. ) and many more….
To be frank and my views if any type /category of training given to right person, It is always effective and of course motivational.
Right kind of training to right kind of person on right time will gives below positive results.
1:- Skill addition
2:- Employee self-confidence enhancement.
3:- Sense of belongingness towards company (As employee feels that company values her/him).
4:- Productivity improvement/Market efficiency.
5:- Team coordination.
6:- Employee stickiness.
7:- Employees motivation.
And many small benefits can be counted.
BUT ITS CRITICAL TO ENSURE THAT RIGHT EMLPOYEE, RIGHT TRAINING and RIGHT TIMING to rip of the benefits otherwise it can go negative.
The training plan should meet the career objectives of employees in order to satisfy the following organizational objectives : Motivation, Employability, Succession, Polyvalence
It in very important to consider good training program to employees and workers which assists to raise up their production and performance. I think any training program has affected positively on the company staff. There is no negative impact for any training program but these training programs have to be categorized and scheduled as per the necessity of the work and its demands in the offices or at the project site.
In fact set up good and right training programs/ On-Shore or Off-Shore to the employees and workers concerned will motivate all of them to improve performance and make all staff like their work and increase the level of their loyalty to the organization and company.
The Motivation is a part of the training, the Golden Square training consists of:
Motivation
Attitudes
Skills
Knowledge
(MASK)
Training is one of those terms that elicits a range of responses, depending on the individual. Employees will groan internally, and try to hide the bitterness from their expressions. To them, school was thankfully over, and it was bad enough they had to work a job
good , not bad, manageable, working hard.
"If you set your goals ridiculously high and it's a failure, you will fail above everyone else's success."
It's all part of one performance cycle. We set challenging goals for ourself and our employees. Then we motivate them to achieve those goals. In the process, we identify where they need learning support and arrange suitable trainings for them. Eventually, training itself becomes a great motivation for employees which leads them to better performance!
