Manage Engine Service Desk pro is the best help desk app that is also support windows Active directory.
Spiceworks is a good Help-desk solution, easy to handle, and includes quite a lot of features, assigning tickets to IT staffs, automated emails for ticket (opening comments and closing) to inteded employee's, etc..
It offers an integrated package with Incident Management. ServiceDesk Plus provides all that you need to have a full-fledged IT Help Desk and a productive Help Desk

but iintensive for ram and pro and you must have last update for java
You can go with Manage Engine ADmanager or Spiceworks. Both are complete ITIL ready. Also having AD administration components & utilities for easily manage your AD network
I found Manageengine Service Desk Plus with Asset Explorer add-in. We can configure it with the active directory and gives more details about the system with Asset Explorer for support like IP address, Computer Name, Remote desktop option etc.
I suggest Spiceworks.The main feature of Spiceworks’ free version is that it’s self-hosted.
If you don’t need or want that because you prefer the management and backups to be handled elsewhere then you should probably choose another option.
