Is there a direct relation between Optimization of Resources and Optimization of Efficiency. Are they mutually complementary?

It can provide an optimum technological efficiency. The overall efficiency of a business can be, sometimes, influenced by external factors, which can not be estimated, therefore they cannot be budgeted.

that was part of  efficiency elements , but the wider spectrum is to implement a work plan strategy , in which the following factors need to be deployed :

(1) Total Quality Management  need to be attained as following:

1.1 - Master control registers

1.2 -  reliability tests  records re-check .

1.3 - Just - In - Time  & Lean  system methodology of distribution of resources activation

1.4 - CAN-PAN resource handling technique need to be  elaborated into the  processes.

(2) Risk  measures for  

2.1- safety hazards controls

2.2 - Production/ activities /  functions / tasks processing lag & lead times performance by implementing Six Sigma technique .

2.3 - Materials Supply & Purchasing performance

2.4 - Inventory  & recovery Management ( as mentioned above 1.3 & 1.4)

(3) E.R.P. : Enterprise Resource Planning effective Management system 

(4) Corporate governance deployment  overall network & functions with all departments.

(5) keeping alternative work plans and strategies available to face undesirable or unpredictable situations , such plans are:

5.1 - organizational change & development

5.2 - fundraising opts & deliverers  

 

Hence, the optimization can be within higher calibers .
