people are afraid of what they don't know. most of the time, the language of the policy comes in terms the general population can't understand, thus, fear it.
the solution for this is, to have a personal meeting with the client and explain everything in the policy and show them the meaning for these words in modern language, or better, to change the language and terminology to a more common words in a lower level of reading ability.
I don't think so , as recently insurance witnessed an increasing awareness of the majority due to the increase in economic and commercial activities as well as investment and trade .
Therefore the statement people afraid of dealing with insurance companies in general not correct in my opinion , however there may be some personal negative experience with a view of insureds which in most cases due to disputes between the insureds and insurers about claims payments and misunderstanding of insurance contact's conditions from the insureds side.
Thanking you.
thanks for the invitation
The problem in the documents that are signed by many of the conditions include for the company and not in the client's favor.
The problem in the insurance rep may be untrue in some cases.
