Yes almost all kinds of dance and debbkeh accompanied by rythm  , that make you sweat, it is a multi benefit exercise I practises at days of war in my country when it was risky to leave home.

yes, because dancing means it's a part of excersise and keeps the body healthy and that also helps in the respiratory system in the body movement.So far as dancing is concerned that helps to reduce the diseases likewise ; Diabetes , fat , etc.
