Generally speaking, employees tend to hate or dislike any change in the work environment or perhaps even in their lives. Do you think that implementing a training program in the company will be faced by opposition from the employees since it's considered a form of change?
THERE WILL NOT BE ANY OPPOSITION FROM THE EMPLOYEES WHO ARE TO BE TRAINED AS FAR AS YOU CARRY THEM ALONG BY TELLING THEM THE BENEFIT DERIVABLE FROM THE TRAINING
Training is one of learning and development and the acquisition of skills and the weight of the methods
And training in itself does not only target the change might be targeting development and the weight of the skills and increase efficiency
It may be the training aims to acquire new technical process work style or a new product
Employees often do not reject the training programs for the purpose of rejection phase
Conversely man wired edition on the development and acceptance of each new well
It maybe true in some circumstances where the employees are heavily disengaged from the company and their respective roles. However, I have largely seen people are excited on being nominated for a training / development program and try to make the most of it when attending!
