Generally the normal concrete density falls between 2200 to 2500Kg/cum. If we got normal concrete density less than 2000.

Should we use or not. Any impact on concrete properties?

It is possible by using lightweight aggregate concrete, foamed concrete or autoclaved aerated concrete AAC.

if we got normal concrete density less than 2000 kg/m3 then there are wrong in the percentage of mixing

and the strength of concrete will be low.
