It Is not a requirement to be trainer from outside the Organization is better than trainer within the organization. Because the main criterion depends on what is the performance gap that we want to address them and who is a specialist in the training of personnel to fill that gap.

Normally it happens that trainer from outside is more accepted by trainee than an internal trainer (except in few cases).

# When a trainer comes from outside, very little is known about her/him, so there is not perceived perception about that person.

# A professional trainer is any better than internal trainer.

# An internal trainer familiarity with trainee impacts effectiveness.

# An internal can be biased while dealing with trainee as he/she knows about them.
