Managers manage workers Leaders manage Managers Politicians Manage Leaders Is it right or not, please let us know your valuable opinion?

I agree, there are natural leaders and managers ... politicians want to run a country or the people, however not every politician, leader or manager is a good leader or being qualified for the job just because he/she inherited the company/country

managers are managing workers , but leaders are not necessarily mange managers because leadership is a skill and not a role , coming to politicians who are not supposed to manage managers at the execution level but they are interfering and following by their own bodies such as parliament  or constitutional assembles ,as  the decision making for politicians is collective and can only be valid by voting for the decision  by the representatives of the communities or people , politics is not a job by itself rather it is a group of people or parties who have some ideas or ideology or program working for and put their claim to the people for elections , unfortunately when they hit their targets mostly they use it to their own benefits and interfering by virtue of power of law or money to make drastic changes in managers and more over so many managers lost their jobs because they did not show any loyalty to the governing regime

Managers manage workers is OK ; Leaders manage managers - does not have to be the case always but Politicians manage leaders - not necessarily right in my opinion. There are many instances where politicians are lead by a leader.

I am not totally with this, since leaders are naturally managers and leaders lead all, while politicians lead and manage countries not people directly 

Politicians are leaders themselves and they need to manage managers

Further to our colleagues answers in this respect. First part of this statement  is nearly correct except the Politicians manage leaders. I think the politicians in our countries need to be led. The Leadership is the recognized Art and high level of the qualifications and features which are not available in the politicians. Therefore the politicians could not manage the leaders.

I do believe that,

Managers: are manage workers by the strength of the formal authorities on their organization.

Leaders: are leads their teams by the strength of their acceptance to their teams and informal authorities.

Politician Leaders: are leads people by the strength of their popularity. 

 

Of course Managers manage workers or employees BUT Managers they themselves are meant to be Leaders & Politicians are also meant to Manage people & to be Leaders too, this is how its meant to work out. Ultimately; on top of this Management & Leadership hierarchy, the Politicians surface at the "Top" thus they are in charge, superior, control & direct the rest in their respective categories.
